KyleShop products are digital downloads delivered immediately after successful payment.
- Because downloads are instant, refunds are limited once a file has been accessed
- If payment succeeded but the download failed, contact Support with your order ID
- Duplicate charges or confirmed payment errors are reviewed case by case
- We may offer a reissue of the download link instead of a monetary refund when appropriate
