Who we are

KyleShop runs kyleshop.org. We sell payment plugins for WooCommerce, WordPress, and PrestaShop. A customer buys the plugin from us and installs it on their own website.

Shoppers pay by card through the payment provider named on each plugin listing. That provider sends the customer crypto. KyleShop only sells the plugin. We do not take card payments on the customer's website.

We do not get shopper details from a customer's website

When a shopper pays on a customer's WooCommerce, WordPress, or PrestaShop store, KyleShop does not receive that checkout. We do not save it. We do not get card numbers, names, emails, addresses, or any other details the shopper types on that website.

Those details stay between the shopper, the customer's store, and the payment provider named on the plugin page. KyleShop never stores them.

What this page is about

This policy is only about information the customer gives us on KyleShop when the customer:

• Browses plugins, adds them to the cart, or checks out
• Creates an account or buys a plugin license
• Downloads a plugin, opens a support ticket, leaves a review, or sends a contact message
• Receives emails from us about the customer's KyleShop order or account

What we save on KyleShop

We only save what we need to sell the customer a plugin, send the file, and help the customer by email.

• The customer's account. Name, email, password (stored as a hash), and extra profile fields the customer chooses to add.
• The customer's plugin order. Plugin names, quantity, price, currency, order ID, payment status, NOWPayments payment IDs, and the date the customer paid.
• The customer's download. A secure link tied to the customer's paid KyleShop account so the customer can download the ZIP.
• The customer's messages. Support tickets, files the customer attaches, and name, email, and message from the contact form.
• Site basics. Reviews the customer posts, cart items, and simple server logs (IP, browser, page) to keep kyleshop.org working.

How we use what the customer gives us

• Create the customer's KyleShop account and keep the cart until the customer pays
• Create a NOWPayments invoice for the customer's plugin order and unlock the download after payment
• Send emails about the customer's order, password, and support tickets
• Reply when the customer contacts us, using the order ID the customer sends
• Stop abuse of payments, accounts, and download links
• Keep kyleshop.org running

Paying for a plugin on KyleShop

When the customer buys a plugin from us, the customer pays through NOWPayments. We send them price, currency, and the customer's KyleShop order ID. We save payment status and their payment ID. We do not save the customer's card number, CVV, or crypto wallet seed.

After NOWPayments confirms payment, we add the order to the customer's KyleShop account and let the customer download the plugins bought.

Cookies

We use cookies so the shop works. We also use Google Analytics to see how people use kyleshop.org (pages viewed, country, device). We do not use that data to show ads.

• Login. Keeps the customer signed in and keeps forms safe.
• Cart. Remembers plugins in the customer's cart if the customer leaves and comes back before payment.
• Settings. Small flags such as admin menu size. They do not follow the customer on other websites.
• Analytics. Google Analytics (gtag.js) helps us understand store traffic.

Who we share the customer's KyleShop data with

We do not sell the customer's information. We only share what is needed to run KyleShop:

• NOWPayments, to take payment for the customer's plugin order
• Google Analytics, to measure visits on kyleshop.org
• Email service, for receipts, password resets, and support replies
• Company that hosts kyleshop.org and plugin files
• Authorities, when the law requires us to hand over records

How long we keep it

• We keep the customer's account and paid orders so the customer can download again and prove the license
• We keep support tickets and contact messages until we finish helping the customer
• Cart cookies expire. An unpaid cart is not a lasting profile
• Server logs are kept only as long as we need them for security

Security

Passwords are hashed. Plugin files download only after a paid KyleShop login, not from a public link. The site uses HTTPS. If the customer thinks someone used the account, email us right away so we can lock it.

The customer's choices

• Change name, email, password, and profile in the customer's dashboard
• Ask us for a copy of the customer's KyleShop account and order data, or ask us to correct it
• Ask us to delete the customer's account if there is no open payment dispute
• Clear cookies in the customer's browser to drop a guest cart

Children

KyleShop sells plugins for store owners. We do not collect information from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this page if the shop changes. The date at the top will change. If the customer keeps using kyleshop.org after that, the new text applies. Also see our Refund Policy and Plugin License.
